Brazil & especially Rio de Janeiro will become the center of the World's attention as millions will attend the Women's World cup in 2027
Step off the plane into warm, tropical air that smells faintly of ocean and street food—grilled queijo coalho and fresh pão de queijo. As you ride into the city, the skyline rises around you: mosaic sidewalks, palm-lined avenues, and the iconic curve of Copacabana Beach glowing under the sun. Everywhere you look, flags wave from balconies, taxis, storefronts, and even from the hands of excited fans flooding the streets
Matchday at the Maracana
On World Cup game day, you'll join a current of fans making their way toward the famous Maracanã Stadium—one of the most legendary football temples in the world. The closer you get, the louder everything becomes: drums, chants, whistles, people singing national anthems long before kickoff.
Vendors line the streets selling jerseys, face paint, cold coconut water, and caipirinhas. You hear multiple different languages, Strangers greet each other like teammates.
Inside, it’s breathtaking. The pitch is impossibly green under the bright lights. Waves of color fill the stands as fans chant, dance, and pulse with anticipation.
Attending the Women’s World Cup in Rio will feel like joining a global festival where sport, music, culture, and joy all blend together.
