We had a great time and it was a wonderful experience for our son. We met some amazing new people. The staff and coaches were all great. Accommodations were nice just wish the hotels were a little closer to city centers so we could’ve had more options for food. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

This trip was fantastic! Dave was an excellent guide for our group. He coordinated all the activities and his football knowledge and experience added so much to the trip. I could talk football with him all day! The match experience at Anfield was excellent. Blackburn had a great atmosphere. It was awesome to see Arsenal beat ManU at Old Trafford too (seats could have been better for this game).  I highly recommend using inspiresports and look forward to booking another trip in the future.

Essex County Soccer Association Italy Trip

There aren’t enough words to describe how much we loved our trip. The inspire sport team planned everything and honestly all we had to do was show up. They were pleasant, organized and so much fun! I would tell anyone who had the opportunity to travel this way to do it, not having to plan all of the travel logistics was such a luxury. Thank you to the Jacks, Adam, Paul, Alberto, Paulina, Gio and the rest of the group for an outstanding group travel experience. Our boys, our family’s were so very lucky to have had such a wonderful experience. 

It’s hard to put into words how great this trip was for athletes and parents/siblings/supporters alike. It was organized, the representatives were friendly, engaging, understanding. The accommodations and food and other experiences were better than expected. 

Portugal was beautiful, my son had a fantastic time playing in the Ibercup tournament. Some of the organization could be improved.  Opening ceremonies started an hour late, the VIP dinner was a buffet with no seating and they ran out of some food items.  We were told we would have local guides, they were not. The unchaperoned kids are problematic, they should be better supervised. 

Alliance Eleven - Iber Cup Requirements

This was a pretty disappointing trip. Not all of it was the fault of the trip organizers, but it was clear this was a new tournament for them and, if not a new country, one that they didn't have a lot of experience navigating.

Our tour guide, Paul, had never been to Portugal before, so were we were reliant on the volunteers provided by the Iber Cup, who weren't available for a a number of days. He also seemed to be scrambling most days trying to figure out arrangements that were presumably supposed to have been pre-arranged. Our day trip to Sintra on our final full day of the trip was especially chaotic and disappointing, such that we had to miss out on one of the tours we had prepaid for because we couldn't make it to the next venue in time for the scheduled tour. The tour bus parked a fair ways away from the Palace, which meant a steep climb of a couple miles for the group, and no warning had been given that we should be prepared for such a hike. Paul told us that it would've been impossible for the tour bus to drop us off closer to the entrance, even as we saw bus after bus traverse the very road we were climbing our way up to.

The tour bus itself had insufficient air conditioning to keep up with the heat wave that hit Portugal during our visit, and on more than one occasion it felt like we were traversing the outskirts of Lisbon in an oven.

The walking tour of Lisbon was hard to engage with, as our tour guide did not have enough volume to overcome the sounds of the city for such a large group, and most folks could not hear her. We saw other walking tours with ear pieces, but this was not offered to us.

The hotel's buffet meals that were included as part of the tour package were bland affairs, especially the dinners, with overcooked protein on most nights. Many families opted to eat at restaurants in the surrounding area most nights.

Many issues were also apparently the fault of the Iber Cup itself, rather than the tour company -- for example, our Ibercu-scheduled bus to take us back to the airport on our travel day home never arrived, and Paul had to convince another group to let us share their bus. 

But nearly every day had some disappointment or other that I would expect a tour company to be able to avoid, especially given how expensive this trip was. I most certainly won't be recommending anyone take this trip again.

This was a once in a lifetime trip not only for for our rugby club but for the parents and players as well. Inspiresport did a truly amazing job in putting the whole trip together. Right from the initial conversation, through to the budgeting and collecting of fund, to the logistics and planning, inspire sports literally thought of everything. For me the thing that stood out most was their communication and attitude. They clearly put thought into the team that would be with on the ground who were all wonderful to work with.

Overall the trip was unbelievable. From touring Scotland Castle, to seeing St Andrews and having our team train with the Scottish Rugby Union coaches, every aspect of the trip was well thought out and organized. We are already talking about the next trip!

The Northern Virginia Barbarian's Inspiresport 2025 tour to Scotland was excellent. The logistics were well organized. The accommodations were practical and comfortable. As a developmental tour for a rugby team, the activities that were planned were well suited to our players. Our tour directors, while providing support and guidance, became a part of our group as we all shared a most memorable experience.

We had a great time.  Arran was a wonderful travel host!  We met a lot of fun people and had an insprining soccer experience in the UK.

Danville Oaks Rugby Italy Tour

I was not on the trip but from my observation and in talking with my child who was, there was far too much unguided time and not enough rugby-related activity. The kids were essentially dropped off in different towns/cities with no context and little information about what to see and do.  At some points they didn’t even really know where they were and why. The local guide did a great job but was not local at all, rather from a different country. The planning and pre trip communication was very disorganized.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with InspireSport! From start to finish, the trip was incredibly well-organized—every detail was thought through so thoroughly that we barely had to plan or figure anything out ourselves. It made the entire experience stress-free and seamless, which is exactly what you want when traveling with a group.

The on-the-ground representatives were outstanding—professional, responsive, and genuinely fun to be around. They were not only helpful and knowledgeable but also friendly and easy to connect with, which made a big difference in the overall vibe of the trip.

The organized tours and activities were top-notch—thoughtfully curated and well-paced. There was also a great balance of structured time and free time, giving us the opportunity to explore and relax on our own.

If I had to note one small area for improvement, it would be the hotel food. For male teen athletes, the protein options were limited and not always suitable for more discerning or athletic-focused appetites. A bit more variety and quantity in that area would go a long way.

All in all, InspireSport delivered an incredible experience, and we would absolutely travel with them again. Highly recommend!

While My son had a good time, the food left a lot to be desired. It would have been better to provide a stipend for meals than have hotel food in an area renowned for food.   The trip felt like it was hastily planned at the last minute. Also, it would have been much better to be actually IN Verona, not 20 minutes away.   Finally, the communication was terrible. Again it left little faith that this was well planned. 

Thank you for organizing the recent rugby tour for Rebel Rugby. We appreciate the effort that went into coordinating such a large group and providing the opportunity for the team to travel and compete.

That said, I wanted to share some feedback to help improve future tours. While the overall experience had its highlights, there were a few areas where we believe improvements could be made:

Travel and Transportation Issues:
There were several challenges related to the bus travel arrangements. Time spent on the bus vs the time we could have easily gotten on the tube etc. The drivers were fantastics and there was zero issues with their service.  I'd  recommend reviewing transport logistics to ensure smoother coordination in the future. This also would help lower costs immensely and we can then use the coach for longer rides outside of the city.
Lack of Social Events:
One of the key aspects of a rugby tour is team bonding and experiencing the local culture. Unfortunately, the itinerary was missing structured social events outside of the matches, which made it harder for players and families to connect and fully enjoy the trip. I think if the cost saved on travel would be better spent on an open bus tour? tickets to museums etc. We had to pay additional monies for going to the rugby game. Since we are a rugby team I think they maybe could have asked the coaches/players what they would like to do.
Unstructured Sightseeing Opportunities:
While we understand there was some free time allocated, the sightseeing felt disorganized and lacked clear guidance or options. A few pre-arranged or optional excursions with local guides would have greatly enhanced the overall experience.
We believe these adjustments could make a significant difference for future tours, ensuring both the athletic and social elements are equally rewarding. Thank you again for your efforts—we hope this feedback is helpful moving forward.

On a positive the hotel location was fantastic and the breakfast was amazing. There could have been better communication with hotel staff regarding conference room bookings, laundry and maybe some info regarding hotel surrounds etc that we could give to the athletes.

This maybe a little biased since we travel frequently within the States in bigger capacities and it's the coaches that organize everything. This help keeps the costs down for the players which we ultimately want to do.

This was a well ran extremely well organized trip that exceeded any and all expectations!! Could not have enjoyed our trip without the outstanding assistance of our tour guides that accompanied this large group international trip. Would highly recommend any family considering attending an international trip w their football club to attend if it is w inspire sports!!!

Our 13yo son traveled unaccompanied and he returned with countless stories about his travels, his new friendships, and the enjoyment provided by the coaches and leaders along the way.  We had barely made our way out of the airport before he was lamenting the end of the trip and wanting to go back to England.  Thank you coaches and leaders who were a part of this tour for taking such good care of the kids and keeping things so well organized. Our son will definitely be ready for next years trip no matter where it goes.

Awesome trip. Our Coaches and travel guides were amazing with scheduling and keeping our huge group timely.  Great seats at the soccer games and great stadium tour experiences were our favorite activities. In addition to the soccer training ofcourse. 

We had a great time all thanks to the local guides. They made the trip a great experience by making sure they took care of all the details.

We truly enjoyed ourselves!!! This was an opportunity of a lifetime!! So many memories created that we will never forget .

USCSA - England Fan Trip, January 2025

It was an overall fantastic experience, all the details covered, and led by a great local team. Great trip and I'll definitely do one in the future!

My son and I had a great time. Very nice people and incredibly helpful. 

The trip was well planned with 3 great matches as well as related museum and stadium tours. The activities made for good pace  with a balance just enough free time to explore things on our own. The hosts were great and the accommodation was good. The leaders generally kept everything moving and on time with flexibility as required. The major downside was a bus fitted with 5 undersized seats per row, with 5 more rows than should be allowed (if I had to guess, the bus sat 60+ people but for comfortable design should have sat closer 40). I'm sure this set up is fine for a 12 year old soccer team, but for any adults, especially those of use 6' or taller, this bus rides could only be described as a torture. This was an unfortunate accommodation to an otherwise well structure program. 

Great trip!  Accommodations were top notch, seamless transportation and absolutely the best guides. Suraj and Paul were personable, professional and fantastic football fans to enjoy a match with. Will definitely travel with Inspiresport again. Thank you!

This trip was a once in a lifetime opportunity to go see our favorite teams play.  Would 100% do it again.  Amazing people.
