I had a great time. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was good. Timing of events was a bit too much. Towards the end of the trip the bus traveling was tiresome. 6 hours from Valencia to Segovia and 3 hours back made for a long day. Later travel Times would have been helpful in my opinion. Lots of sleep deprived adults on the trip. But overall we had a wonderful adventure in Spain.

The soccer elements were fantastic. The welcoming nature of the first club team we played was amazing. The different trainings were also great. If this was the only metric it would be 5 stars. Also the high speed train was very cool. The over-arching organization of the group was quite lacking. I feel our on-site guide was not well supported overall. The schedule was incorrect and he did not even have a current copy provided to him. We had many, many, many problems with the busses. Late itinerary changes were frustrating as we had booked supporting tours on that had to be cancelled late. Our first hotel was good albeit not “city center” as we had been told. The breakfast team was wonderful, kind and generous. The second hotel was a complete disaster with the exception of Diego at the bar and Rehy the bellhop. The room types were wrong, some filthy on checkin (think used toilets, etc), and the included food was not good. Also the breakfast “chef” was crazy (wouldn’t let us leave with water or food to go) & misinformed me personally of “safe foods” for my dietary restrictions which led to an entire day lost being sick in my room. We were far, far from city center (again) and a 2 block walk uphill from the closest spot a bus could reach. So uphill walking and pushing luggage on cobblestones to get to the hotel… not good at all. In summary the soccer was great. The hotel experiences were both not as expected with the last hotel literally the ceiling in the lobby falling down from an active water leak. The bus coordination was non-existent leading to hours lost waiting for the buses to show up & busses going to the wrong locations even if they did show. Then after the trip being asked to pay more for a transfer that was on our itinerary is just beyond egregious. I feel sorry for Carlos (our guide) who really tried to support our group and was consistently not supported by the inspiresport team. I think he will probably remember the chaos of this trip for a long while.

Great itinerary. Well organized. - Thank you, Michaela Moore Hotel: Excellent location and accommodation. Great Food. Our local rep, Lewis Hawke, was awesome. Kids and adults had a great time

There were a blizzard of early emails that wasn't always easy to follow, but the on-the-ground experience in Italy was good. Kudos to Alberto, our fearless guide and translator. Some days the plans changed, and we were left with more or less sightseeing time than we wanted or expected. But I can appreciate there were a lot of moving pieces. I would have liked more guided tourism, and fewer hours of "you're on your own." It's impossible for us to know how much the ODP folks contributed to the overall gameplan.

Wonderful trip coordinated by InspireSport. Everything was handled with care and was relatively easy. From the booking to the itinerary, support, and onsite hosts, this was a great experience for the players, coaches, and supporters. Is it expensive? Yeah. Is It worth it? Definitely! The players got tours, games, and experiences that will last a lifetime.
